Camping is charged per person, for the weekend (Fri/Sat night) and must be booked in advance.
Camping is not available on Sunday night. Under 18s free. Full ‘camping’ information can be found in the Event Details (www.theomm.com/events) and should be read before booking.

OMM REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your entry a refund can be given up to 60 days before event (minus 10% admin fee).

After this date we cannot offer a refund of transfer/defer as we have already paid for your entry. The event is run on a not for profit basis and one of the ways of keeping the costs low is to agree numbers as far in advance of the event as possible, hence why it usually becomes more expensive to enter as we get closer to the event.

NAME AND COURSE CHANGES

We understand that names or the event/course you have chosen may need to change due to injury or other circumstances. Therefore, you are welcome to make changes to the name or course by emailing emma@theomm.com (up to when entries close) and after this date at registration on the day of the event. If you have questions please check the event page or email emma@theomm.com.
