Refurbished Phantom 20 (Previous gen.)

Back in 2019, we had a small batch of Phantom rucksacks that failed quality control due to a stitching issue. They were sent back to factory for repair, and then the world shut down with COVID-19. Flash forward to 2022, these packs have finally been repaired and are good as new.

This pack is from the first generation of the Phantom 20 (with regular-width shoulder straps, as opposed to the later, race-vest style version). However, it still utilises our PHANTOM SUSPENSION®: with a narrow yoke style connection behind the neck, and adjustable, elasticated cord at the shoulders. This innovative system centralises the weight distribution and provides increased freedom of movement as your shoulders flex.

OMM refurbished products…
· Have been washed and reproofed (if appropriate)
· Have been repaired to a high standard where necessary, by our in-house repair team.
· May include customer/retailer returns, and are sold as used items.
· May also include ex-demo or sample products and as such may not exactly match production models but still perform as intended.
· Are inspected and assessed by our team of experts and are deemed suitable for continued performance use as per their original manufacture.
