If the sizing isn’t quite right, or you simply change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days, so long as you ensure: 

  1. Items are in their original packaging 
  2. All the tags are attached 
  3. The items have never been worn 
  4. You include some paperwork to easily identify that you sent it (such as the dispatch note sent with your purchase)

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. To facilitate this, we will need to obtain evidence that goods are faulty.

We may ask for you to email a photo of the fault, and/or ask for goods to be returned. We check returned items, and once we have verified the fault, we will issue either refund, replacement or offer a suitable alternative. If a returned item is found not to be faulty, we will return the item to you, in this instance you’ll need to pay for the return carriage.  

 

We believe in the quality of our kit, which is why all of our products are sold with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Claims must be submitted to the original retailer. If you purchased a product directly from OMM and would like to make a warranty claim, please send a description of the fault, along with photos and proof of purchase to support@theomm.com.
Our team will then get in touch with you regarding next steps. If we ask you to return the item to us, please ensure that it is clean and dry.
