The Kari adds extra external space and protection against strong sunlight and rain to the outside of your tent, plus is a great place to store kit and footwear, freeing up space in your main tent. The Kari Diamond can also be used as a stand-alone when attached to a tree or a car or you can use the enclosed poles, pegs and guy rope to set it up.

God of the Wind
Kari (Kári) is a term for wind and was in ancient Norse mythology personified by Kári, who was the heir to his father Fornjót’s kingdoms, making him the ruler of Finland and Kvenland. Kári is the father of Frosti (‘frost’), or elsewhere named Jökul, which means ‘icicle, ice, glacier’ – and the grandfather of Snær the Old (Snærr inn gamli’), meaning ‘Snow the Old’.
