Shipping, Delivery Times & Postage


Postage

Postage for orders under Β£50 is charged at Β£6.
Postage for orders over Β£50 is free.
Most orders are sent on a Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service.
We do not offer Next Day Delivery.

Delivery Times
Typical delivery time is 3-5 working days from placing your order.
Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the next working day.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and other public holidays i.e. an order placed at 4pm on a Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday, will be despatched the following Tuesday.
Despatch and delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by a high volume of orders or delays outside of our control.

Orders
We occasionally use an alternative courier for large or bulkier orders, and these may require a signature.
If there is an issue with the stock of an item and we are unable to fulfil an order, we will let you know within two working days and offer an alternative or a refund.

Extended Returns & Christmas Orders
We offer an extended returns period over Christmas.
This runs from the end of the 2nd week in December to the end of the 3rd week the following January. Items ordered within this time may be returned for exchange or refund up until the end of the extended returns period. Standard return details can be found below.
We recommend placing orders for Christmas at least 5 working days before Christmas Eve. Orders will still be accepted and despatched up until midday on the final day of trading but we cannot guarantee they will arrive in time for Christmas.
Our warehouse and offices are closed from the last working day before Christmas Eve to the first working day in the New Year.
Whilst every effort is made to despatch orders in good time, busy periods can mean delays in despatch and longer delivery times for Royal Mail.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Faulty Goods/Incomplete on Arrival
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. To facilitate this, we will need to obtain evidence that goods are faulty.

We may ask for you to email a photo of the fault, and/or ask for goods to be returned. We check returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue either refund, replacement or offer a suitable alternative.

Warranty
All goods are sold with warranty according to your statutory rights, which apply for the original purchaser only. Any claims on warranty require proof of purchase. Please contact support@theomm.com if you have any queries.

Non-fault Returns and Refunds
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind within 14 days, so long as you ensure:

Item is in the original packaging
All the tags are attached
The item has never been worn
You include some paperwork to easily identify that you sent it

Returning items is at your own expense. We shall only refund what you paid for the item alone. It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and while returning them.
