NEW FOR 2025! 

OMM & Grasmere Gallop have come together to form the newly dubbed “Lake District Running Festival”. It aims to highlight the different types of running in the Lake District alongside providing a packed schedule of activities that will keep runners & the whole family busy all weekend.  

The Lake District Running Festival will be held on 31st May – 1st June 2025. The picturesque & historic village of Grasmere in the heart of the Lake District provides a spectacular basecamp for the weekend. Surrounded by fells, Grasmere has some of the best running trails in the country.   

The event will pull on OMM & Grasmere Gallops expert connections to provide pro talks, workshops & a packed event village of running-specific exhibitors to bring the whole running community together throughout the weekend. With non-competitors welcome to camp and enjoy the workshops, and Lakeland food & drink, the weekend is a must attend for anyone who loves their running.
